Jack Reimon was trained in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method by Master Trainer Per Kristiansen in 2012. He has worked closely with him since and today certifies facilitators across the Americas, Europe and Africa, in English and Spanish.

He designs and facilitates strategy and innovation workshops with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, working primarily with banking, communications and technology companies, as well as organisations such as IFC, the U.S. Air Force, EY and Southern Peru. In his trainings, facilitators learn the method through the same kind of real strategic work he delivers for clients.

His approach draws on cognitive psychology, neuroscience and systems thinking, and on a lifelong practice of magic. His research into the psychology of illusion, carried out with leading magicians in Las Vegas, informs how he teaches facilitators to direct attention and surface what teams overlook. Through InnoMagic, the company he founded and leads, he speaks on magic, innovation and creativity.

Jack studied Communications at the Universidad de Lima and holds a diploma in the Science of Creativity from Centrum Católica Business School. He is also certified in design thinking, service design and futures thinking. He lives in Lima, Peru, with his daughter.
