The Association of Master Trainers (AoMT) is often mistaken for a commercial training company—but that is not who we are. AoMT is a not‑for‑profit organization committed to safeguarding the quality, integrity, and long‑term accessibility of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
While individual certified trainers operate as independent professionals and pursue commercial work, the AoMT itself does not exist to generate profit. Our purpose is rooted in service, stewardship, and community building.
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® where it matters most
As a not‑for‑profit, AoMT reinvests its energy, expertise, and resources into strengthening the global LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® ecosystem. We support facilitators, nurture regional and international communities, and ensure that the method remains accessible to people far beyond traditional corporate environments.
We believe that the power of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®—its ability to unlock creativity, foster dialogue, and build shared understanding—should not be limited by budget or circumstance. Making the method available to underserved groups through our pro-bono programs is not an add-on to our mission — it is a core part of why the AoMT exists.
By championing access, maintaining high training standards, and supporting practitioners worldwide, the AoMT ensures that LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® continues to create meaningful, positive change wherever it is needed most.
