The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Foundation Training Program provides the complete, end‑to‑end preparation you need to become a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. This internationally recognized 4‑day facilitator training teaches you the Core Process, the Application Techniques, and the supporting theories that enable you to master the method and apply it confidently in real‑world settings. No additional certification is required beyond this program.
Learning the full LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method
As part of the training, participants also design a customized workshop using the method. By the end of the program, you will be fully equipped to design and facilitate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops for teams, organizations, and clients across a wide range of applications — including strategy, innovation, leadership development, education, training, team alignment and much more.
A hands-on learning experience
The Foundation Training is intentionally designed as a hands-on and minds-on learning experience, delivered in a fun, immersive, and intensive “leaning-in” environment. You experience the method first, then reflect on that experience — the same principle you will later use with your own workshop participants.
Over the years, we have explored whether the training could be shortened, and the answer has consistently been “no”: facilitators trained in fewer than four days do not feel adequately prepared to apply the method broadly and all its components effectively.
